Start here when something is technically fine in the dashboard but not behaving the way you expect in the real world.

If your storefront looks wrong on mobile
Check the lead image crop, the first two lines of product names, and whether any custom text is too long. Most issues are content-shape issues before they are code issues.

If buyers say they are confused at checkout
Review your bank details, payment wording, delivery scope, and any missing contact information. Confusion usually comes from one missing detail, not five broken ones.

If an order status feels out of sync
Treat your bank app and the WhatsApp chat as verification tools, then update the Stall status to match. The system works best when each order gets one deliberate owner.

If you are still blocked
Send the problem, the stall name, and one screenshot to support@getstall.com. Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and whether the problem is affecting buyers right now.
